What kind of creative do you identify as?
I identify as a model, enthusiast, and influencer. I like to be a jack of all trades, and I also strive to be a well-rounded person.
What’s your style like?
I love retro pin-up styles and retro lingerie, but I also have a flair for carefree Japanese street fashion. I’ve been a fan of Japanese fashion for many years.
If you could tell your younger self one thing, what would it be?
I would tell my younger self: “Don’t let people dim your light,” “Be yourself because everyone else is already taken,” and “Don’t give up—you’re doing great.”
What do you do for self-care?
I take myself out on solo dates, draw, go to a spa, and get my nails done. I also love visiting my grandparents’ house during the summer.
What is your most proud moment?
My proudest moment was doing my first shoot with a publication called Refinery29 and also working with Ryan McGinley at 24.
How did you get into your career as a model and influencer?
At 21, I took some photos and suddenly became interested in modeling. The influencer part came later when I started my Instagram page at 24.
What message would you like to give on your social media platforms?
Be who you are, and don’t let anyone dim your light. There will always be people who want you to set yourself on fire to keep them warm.
A tip for working in the fashion industry:
Do your research and make sure it’s right for you—always do your research.
What inspires you?
What inspires me are strong, beautiful women, and listening to Megan Thee Stallion’s songs. Her music keeps me going.
