A note from the creative director: Stephanie Rommelt
To be sitting here introducing myself as the creative director of my creative agency is a dream in itself. My name is Stephanie, and just like you, I am a resilient creative that wears many hats. While studying Advertising Marketing Communications at The Fashion Institute of Technology, I had the opportunity to work alongside an array of bad ass women with influence in sustainability, culture, and female empowerment who have shaped my outlook on what marketing really can be and how it plays a role in society. On the other side of the small business world - I also experienced working in more traditional spaces; a pr agency, corporate wholesale, internal social media marketing, etc.
Coming from quite the opposite space in earlier years, I had the freedom to direct an on going series of photoshoots for a local brand highlighting women we were inspired by in her designs. While sitting in my cubical, my everyday urge was to be on set out where ever that may be.
I knew that my passion for producing bold brand imagery was rooted in my calling to help tell others' stories authentically by diversifying the team behind the campaign as well as in front of the camera.
But at that metaphoric and physical table I felt unheard, my values didn't align with their message and representation of women.

A note from the Marketing Coordinator: Shayna Viola
I am just a girl, but I wear many fabulous hats. I have been working with Her Studio since 2021, and it has been an integral environment for me to grow as as a creative director model & now marketing coordinator, assisting Stephanie hands on in all areas of the business. I am beyond grateful to work in spaces with women that have so much talent and passion.
The beauty of planning a photoshoot, getting the set ready, making sure the makeup is perfect, getting your breath taken away while shooting behind the scenes is the reason work with this collective.
There is so many opportunities in this Universe, and we hold the power to create anything we put our minds to. I am inspired by every creative I work with, and I aspire to inspire as well.
